She is the CEO of Consulting Experts & Associates, LLC and the Founder of HUSH No More, a non-profit organization that provides a safe platform for survivors and their families to share their stories, heal, and elevate. Additionally, she is a credentialed Victim Advocate and has certified over 3,200 Sexual Assault Response Coordinators and Victim Advocates. Dr. Vanessa is a Survivor of Military Sexual Trauma and her personal journey from being a victim to becoming a champion serves as an inspiration to others.

Her groundbreaking work with survivors and the military has resulted in the creation and production of the HUSH No More Documentary, Book, Trauma Releasing Coloring Book, Poetry Book, and "When a Date Turns to Rape." This award-winning documentary has been screened internationally in countries like Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Jordan, and Qatar, with the aim of raising awareness about the HUSH Topics and preventing crimes.

Dr. Vanessa is recognized as the #1 International Expert Trainer on various HUSH topics, including sexual assault, sexual harassment, drug-facilitated sexual assault, LGBTQ+ sexual assault, child sexual abuse, incest, sex trafficking, suicide prevention, domestic violence, bystander intervention, and refresher training for Victim Advocates. Her training sessions are thought-provoking, engaging, and lead to an understanding of trauma while facilitating life transformations.

Teaira Mack is a passionate Holistic Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, and Advocate dedicated to promoting healing and well-being. With a focus on energy work and holistic remedies, Teaira has been sharing her transformative practice since 2018, but her need for information dates back much further.

As a mother and advocate, Teaira's life purpose revolves around cultivating peace, prosperity, protection, and healing within communities worldwide. She is committed to breaking generational cycles and stigmas associated with mental health, empowering individuals to heal from the root.

In addition to running her holistic wellness center in Columbia, SC, Teaira extends her expertise to various areas. She teaches meditation classes to children, fostering mindfulness and emotional well-being from an early age.
